About Livfe.......
One Friday Morning in 1997 Darrell Pryor recieves a call from his booking manager Jennifer Michaels asking if he can imediatly take a flight to germany to play at the Vibration club near Manheim as the arranged DJ was not to appear.....
During that nights performance Ingo Ruck from Subculture magazine approached him with a cassette of productions from his friend named Andreas Köhler.....

On his return to London he listened to the contents and was extremly impressed with the musical content that he was hearing, Quite unlike anything you would come to expect from the very hard Techno inspired culture that was the sound of Germany.
A Telephone conversation led him to visit Ingo upon his next event in Germany and in the days after he was introduced to fellow Taurean Mr Köhler.
They spoke about the possibilities of making live music featuring some of their talented musician friends.....

They called upon the drumming talents of Ritchie 'Drumhead' Stevens to come over and play live to the Funk and at Kangaroo studios Karlsdorf,
livfe Productions #1 "Funk Free" was concieved. They agreed to release this on a label that they were to start with the name Livfe Productions, And after some months fixing up the distribution, publishing, pressing,etc.."Funk Free" was born.....

Some months later they got together again to record some new ideas and with the supurb saxaphone playing talent of Theobald Rainer they recorded "Avont Garden / Kaffé Volanté & Champàgné Bubblègné". Released at the End of 1997 "Avont Garden" Firmly put The Hand drawn label into the world of Music makers.....

Distribution problems meant that for one year there were no more releases but in this time many backbone tracks were laid down to become future compositions,
and early 1999 saw the release of "Kaffé Volanté & Bar Vantagé"
featuring once again the mighty Theobald Rainer on alto sax.....

Later that year guitar supremo Wawau Adler & Bass player Didi came together with the two Taureans to record "$pani$h Fligh & Nu-Fonk (Step 3)".
A track that was to be featured on "Jazz in the House 8 - The Spring Collection "
A compilation series from Slip-N-Slide records UK.....

The Millenium year brought many changes and a new studio was built, And in July they got together to produce livfe #6, featuring Columbian singer Adriana, guitar supremo Wawau Adler, bassist Thomas Katz, And a percussion master called Milian V,
they recorded "Aun Te Amo".....

For the future a debut LP is planned featuring many unreleased tracks together with some of the old classics that have made The Livfe People true European Qualifiers !
